All consultations require full payment at the time of booking.
Consultation fees are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you choose to move forward with a website package within 30 days of your consultation, your consultation fee will be applied as a credit toward your project.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the fee.
