Return & Refund Policy

At Ag Mama Collective, we value your business and want to be transparent about how refunds and returns are handled.

1. Consultations & Services

All consultation fees are non-refundable.
You may reschedule your consultation once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you do not attend your scheduled consultation (“no-show”), your fee is forfeited.
If you move forward with a website package within 30 days, your consultation fee will be applied as a credit.
Website design and social media management services are custom and therefore non-refundable once work has begun.

2. Digital Products

All digital products (such as printables, templates, or downloads) are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their electronic nature.
If you experience issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your files.

3. Affiliate Products

Any purchases made through Amazon, Bellame, or other third-party affiliate links are subject to the return and refund policies of those companies.
Ag Mama Collective does not handle returns, exchanges, or refunds for third-party purchases.

4. Changes to This Policy

Ag Mama Collective reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
